well you insurance is already charging you for a 150 mph car and if you weren't going that speed then Nissan shouldn't be able to say that you were abusing the car.

There were 09s left over late into 2010. So it could be only a year old and transmission problems within a year of a 60 month 100k powertrain warranty I'd call it new too.

the car is advertised to go over 150 mph and 0-60 un under 5 seconds so if Nissan voids the warranty for driving as advertised they have a lot a explaining to do to everyone who bought a Z.
