I was grinding with my old transmission. Nissan replaced under warranty for me. It might've been bad synchros, I'm not really sure.

Blox is a good brand, TWM is also another good brand, fatboy, this is a replica TK, and a weighted Nismo knob should be all better than stock as in weight.

On some threads on here there are reviews for switching to redline fluid for the tranny. Some people posts they like it and others didn't because it made the gearbox worse. Some said they went back...
