You need the correct battery tender for it. I have never needed mine. No issues in south Ga. heat which is probably hotter than Florida because we have no wind most of the time.

Don't remind me. It did cost $150 dollars a piece for the 2 batteries in my truck in 2019. The same batteries are now $215 a piece. Both my diesel trucks batteries are 5 yrs old. Not looking forward...
