The A/C compressor shutting off at full power is only noticeable when it does not turn back on. There is a delay of about 30 to 45 seconds before you notice the temp blowing warmer and humidity...

My A/C shuts down the compressor at full power to maximize horse power. It is supposed to do that, but then it is supposed to turn back on. Mine does not do that. I have to restart the car to make...
