I believe those pulleys go on the front belt so the plate doesn't effect that one.

Skip the 9# pulley and order a smaller pulley for the supercharger, it has a lot more contact with the belt so you will get less slipping.

If you block off any air going directly into the lower filter any issues with the MAFs not being even should go away, it did on mine. It wold be a lot cheaper than doing that.
