If you can't find a used one of the same type (which may be hard with this car), then I agree with buying 2 new back tires.

You could also call around to tire shops and see...

You could also call around to tire shops and see if they have any used tires of your type. Others have the problem you have and will buy 2 tires. Some of the shops will throw away the unfixable...
