What I'm asking is... does it come with a tuning device to upload it? Are you supposed to buy one from uprev? Supposed to send your ecu to uprev? What?

I'm confused now. Sorry if I missed it, but what is Stillen's solution for the calibration? They have one done that they flash into your ECU?

There are calibrations done at the companies...

There are calibrations done at the companies (OEM) and everything else (sketchy). That's just how it is.
