Not quite sure what you mean by "one household" - do you mean can he only issue one per household? I would think the person's name would have to be unique so you might be able to get one per person...

Apparently, Nissan has re-instated the old "Sell 1" program that allows Robert to issue as many VPP Plan A/B claim numbers as he wants until 3/31. Seems like a smart thing for Nissan to do right now...
