Do you have access to an OBD2 scan tool that can see actual values? Go into the ECU and read off what the factory MAP sensor is reading at WOT at sat 3500RPM, do the same once you get the GTR MAP...

I apologize if I was unclear, was simply trying to state that this is a function of the ECU and not an error that can be fixed by replacing the MAP sensor with an aftermarket unit.
