Assuming it passes the CARB tests as it stands, this kit allows the emissions monitors to set with no CEL? Meaning the AIR, cat test, evap test, so on an so on, these are needed to pass NYS...

Out of curiosity what is the upper effienceny range of the stage 1 unit on this car? 500 crank HP as listed on the front page? Wouldn't that be right around the 8 psi that is supplied with it? ...
