I'm not sure what listing you are reading, but the OE master cylinder sizes are different between the Sport and standard models.

If you are referring to the Sport Brake package Akebono calipers (with the Nissan logo on the face), then a lot of parts would need to be changed over (rotors, brake lines, etc.). The master cylinder...
