I would say it's better to be safe and prolong your tire wear and get an alignment. It's about $100.

Coilovers are marked front and back but not left...

Coilovers are marked front and back but not left and right because the ride height are adjustable. S tune should be marked left and right because the passenger side should be lower and driver side...
