12K miles on my seats no issues, they are really comfortable and they do have a warranty if there is. They useed real leather and suade and not man made.

Not whole seats, they are premium covers that cover the entire seat, I guess you take off the old material and put on new material over seat frame is more like it.

One thing to think about with all leather is that you might get the saggy pants syndrome in the seats. Thats when the leather stretches and causes wrinkles in the leather making it look like its not...
