depends how far the clutch has to travel. For example, in a Mustang I can't see depressing the clutch an letting it out taking under .5 seconds

That's a fog light? what, does it flash red on and off like an F1 car in the rain? I guess you don't ever have to turn it on, but I can understand wanting it covered up

at 6'2" I just barely fit in the G37 Coupe with sunroof. The Z has about a half inch more headroom so it should be fine.
