Looks like with the 19x9.5 front wheels, the flush offset is around +22 or so. 19x10.5 rears would be about +12. Based on this, you may want to get some wheel spacers with this set up if you want...

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this IS a flush fitment offset/width for a 370Z. I'll do some digging on google, but as a non Z owner, I can't say for sure yet.
