Anyone in hsv install test pipes.?

Small bolt and spacer on the brake rotor.?
While replacing wheel studs yesterday on the front of my 370, i noticed a small bolt and metal spacer tube approx 1/2" long thats threaded to the rotor, goes into the rotor, maybe 2 full turns. just...

Finished the stillen cat-back exhaust system...
Finished the stillen cat-back exhaust system today, about an 1-1/2 hour with my teen son helping out..eveything fit great, looks perfect, and the sound and response is by far worth the $1200 spent....
