I had the ECU replaced and it fixed the high pitched noise in the front, now it's happening again from the back of the car. I wish Nissan would be more proactive in fixing this problem. I miss too...

Yes they were idiots and over torqued my lugnuts, good call, they spun the rotors and roadforced balanced, problem is gone now.
