Just found out that the OBD meter shows P0420 &...

Just found out that the OBD meter shows P0420 & P0430 on BOTH banks (# 1 & #2).. Does this mean I need to replace something? Like o2 sensor or catalytic converter itself? Please advice.. Thanks!!!
