Pulling the fuse did absolutely nothing for me as well, my car still has the lock frozen about 90% of the mornings that I get in and I have to bang on it to get the car started daily

See if you can have it towed to a separate shop IMO. I just had my CSC replaced for a total of parts/labor of $820.43 and they finished it overnight - great shop that I would refer literally anyone...
