I don't think sharing a car with your brother would ever work out. Sharing a car with your spouse can usually work but not a car like a GT-R with your bro.

The spring rates are 783 lbs/in front and rear. They are ok if you drive it occasionally during the week and track/autocross on the weekend. If you have to drive it daily I wouldn't recommend it
