Also just checked all the harnesses on the IPDM...

Also just checked all the harnesses on the IPDM module, unplugged and replugged, nothing looked like bad connection. I think the module might be fried.

Well from what I've read it sounds like people with the steering lock issue are still able to get it into ACC, which again I cannot. This is another reason I'm thinking its not that steering lock.

I should be able to at least turn on accesories regardless of the clutch switch. I can't even do that.

I've tried my regular keyfob, my secondary keyfob, replacing the cr2032 battery in the keyfob, checked starter battery voltage(good), tried jumping it...

I guarantee you new throttle bodies won't help because every 370z has this same behavior from the factory. Its mostly not noticeable unless you insist on accelerating in 6th gear everywhere you go.

All the 370s seem to limit the throttle below 2k rpm. Running the engine at high load and low rpm is probably not good for your engine anyways, that might be why Nissan put that limiter in there.
