I am upgrading the brakes on my base 1020, 370z I damaged the nipple inside the caliper brake linen, can that be fixed. (Stock brake lines wil not work I proved it!) Do I need to buy a new caliper?

I want to change the calipers on my 2010 base. Do you have to change the brake lines?
