the rear koni shocks dont need to be removed. Simply raise the rear of the car so you can have access to the very top of the shocks from there you can adjust using the supplied mini allen wrench/key...

depending on the severity of the bumper on your car i would suggest heading at carsmetics in Irvine, CA. I had my rear spoiler touched up for a nominal fee. They have a fast turn around on repairs...
