Car is not turning over

My 2010 370z with a Stillen supercharger on it is not starting..
It cranks over and i smell fuel but its not turning on.
I have cleaned the MAF and still nothing, i got the Code P1239.

Car stalling

A weird thing started happening to my car last week.
So ive noticed when ever the car is parked on my driveway (on an incline),
and the car has been driven and parked for about 10-30 min or so......

My Z is a 2009 with 140,000km or about 95,000 miles.
It has stock clutch.
Whenever i start it up and clutch is pressed, it makes this loud rubbing sound. It sounds like something spinning but...
