I tried that, waited for 3.5 hours for two different flatbed drivers to come out and say that they could not get under it because it was too low due to the flat and would destroy my bumper.

Thanks for the advise, there isn't a dealer around that I could get to. Do you know which locks they require so I can Atleast look at the price of them or possibly buy a replacement key lock. My car...

Blew out a tire on my rays volk and never got a wheel lock key for the wheels when I bought the car so I have no way to change it. Tow truck said it's too low to get under without destroying the car....
