chances are it's not the exhaust causing the problem.... just happened to throw a code after the install of the new exhaust. Read the code and then you will know. Or change out the exhaust to stock...

I would say msrp for the car minus 5-6K on a trade in or 4-5K off msrp for a private party sale. I just bought a fully loaded touring nav auto with a 42K msrp and 5K in extras for 35K with 2K miles...
