I have a friend with a Canon 50D with CF Card, manual, cables, and charger. Camera shutter count is 4400... He also has a 50mm lens- he wants $500.

What do you guys think? Pull the trigger on it?

A used 50D by itself usually goes for $400-$500 by itself depending on condition. I'd say that's a "good"-"fair" deal... depends on condition and which 50mm lens it comes with. If it's a f/1.4, it's a really awesome deal.

I had similar experience buying the Z, but it worked for me. I'm a racecar driver now :tup:
