should i even ask if youll be doin pearl anytime soon ?

I spoke with you about a week and a half ago. The air compressor is still down for repairs per the owner. I tried to go an alternate route to get the handles sprayed but the finish did not come out well. PM me if you want a refund.

I really do not like doing pearl as it's time consuming since it is a tricoat. I have done it in the past but I require 3+ to commit to orders. On top of that, the finish is not 100% match since the white is slightly brighter. Some people are fine with it but some are not.

He'll probably be ok with it - he just needs to find 2 others to join if he wants to place an order. He's got white plasti-dipped handles currently, so yours will definitely be an improvement in both color and finish.

Still waiting on reply. I really don't want to blast you on the message board. But this whole process has just caused all sorts of delays and problems for me. Now member equalme has been giving the opportunity to do this service for quite awhile with very little issues that I have been made aware of. Im sure he will address your needs.

Please keep it to PM's before putting people on blast unless every single reasonable opportunity has been given.

Totally understand the frustration but it's not like member equalme has totally been ignoring you from what I've seen.

I only posted it cause I been trying to send him a PM with no response and I need to show him that I've been trying to PM him without a response. Why won't he just respond or PM me. Instead he wants me to chase my refund by PMing him which he does not respond. So, I am letting him know here. Please refund me asap or I will file a Paypal dispute.

Equalme has been very forthcoming about the fact that this isn't his main job and that he is unable to provide the level of customer service that a full shop can provide. But he is keen to make sure the finish is perfect for shipping, and he is quick to offer refunds for unsatisfied customers even though most of them just seem to be impatient tools who didn't do their research first. I would not hesitate to use his service, but I would go in knowing that delays are very possible and that the final product will be top notch.

Unprofessional, you say? You obviously didn't read through this thread - equalme is not doing this as a profession. He's doing it on the side because he has access to the necessary equipment and knows how to do it right and wants to provide a service to the community. It's unreasonable people like you who ultimately deter people like equalme from providing services such as this. Shame on you; I'm glad equalme hasn't let those people get to him yet.
