Aerojacket carbon fiber type m spoiler

Selling aerojacket type m spoiler. It is a mines replica brand new.
Only thing is when aerojacket sent it to me the two holes that they predrilled the bottom side chipped alittle.

I thought it comes with holes already drilled in? Why would it be cracked

They sent it to me with two holes predrilled and it was already started to chip on the bottom side. The rest of the holes are undrilled.
