Why not just paint them? Less than $20 for caliper paint, then add new decals. Much easier and less hassle:

Never knew there was a paint engineered specifically for calipers. Or is it just regular high temp enamel? Is there a brand that people typically use?

If someone were to swap you their red calipers, how much cash would you give them? If you're willing to pay a few hundred, just get a good quality PC and call it a day.
