WTS tanabe exhaust SOCAL

I have a tanabe medallion with about 500 miles on it. It sounds amazing, and this is what the car should sound like stock.

I am selling it only because I want something with a little bit more bling, like a titanium tip now. This one is just stainless.

This one sounds deep, and throaty. No rasp, no hiss.

It roars above 4k rpm, and if you really ease around, its no louder inside the cabin than stock. There is no drone.

The exhaust has no damages, in new condition

I am asking 1200 obo. I am in socal and prefer to do it locally first.

IF you text me your number i can send you pictures.

Id be willing to trade for an hks and ill add money on top.

Now asking 1000OBO, you can't find this anywhere near that price, exhaust is mint

Bump for this exhaust! It's the best quality for stainless steel on the market and Tanabe makes the best exhaust in my opinion. Also, their exhaust systems are handcrafted, welds etc.

FairladyZ 08-31-2012 04:39 PM

bump, i just want me some titanium tips.

This exhaust is mint, no scratches, no dents, no funny business. 500 miles or so.

1100 obo, you cant find it that cheap. ITs literally new. welcome to come look.

FairladyZ 09-02-2012 12:50 AM

1100 OBO damn! quality piece, quality welds etc.. best of all quality sound. deep and throaty no rasp

SS_Firehawk 09-02-2012 01:18 AM

Maybe if you found a unicorn to fart on your tips, they would magically look like Titanium burnt tips :P

AAM had a bunch of titanium burnt tips that look exactly like the Tanabe, but were ordered in the wrong diameter. Maybe try contacting them for a discount on one of them if they still have them. If you could snag it for a good price, It wouldn't be too hard to replace your Tanabe tips with the AAM burnt titanium ones.

If i were you i'd keep it. You already have the best, packing material (advantex) other exhaust makers won't even tell you what they use. Full thought out process of R&D by Tanabe because they're not into throwing something out quick because they see a new car craze happening, and actual SUS304 not T-304 which is prone to rust (all exhaust systems should receive some chrome polish on the canisters at least once a year, depending on if you have a garage or not, and the climate where you live, you may have to apply twice or more per year). When I chose this exhaust it was between Tanabe and Amuse. I Couldn't be happier with my choice, the proof is in the pride and craftsmanship (no fitment issues ever or take off this piece to avoid rattling, true sign of thorough R&D, not to mention it's the most beautiful out of all the exhausts available for the Z34, to me) and respect for the Z's heritage when the exhaust was created.:happydance:

i just wanted an hks lol

It is a nice exhaust don't get me wrong, i am also taking a loss here. No one seems to want it though.

I liked this originally for the subtle, non racer look, but for some reason i want ti tips now =\ lol.

Bump anyways at 1000

It should sell no problem based on quality and a good price, but times are tough. Good luck, main thing is you have to be happy with your choices on mods for your 370Z. I couldn't be happier with mine.:happydance:
