Hertz 10 inch SPL show SX2500 sub, AUDISON LRX 5.1K amp

Hey guys, i have for sale a brand new in box, never mounted or tested, HERTZ 10 inch SPL show SX2500 subwoofer, and 2 week old AUDISON LRX 5.1K amp. i had the amp in my car for two weeks, but the previous sub that i had, blew up cuz this amp was just to powerful, so i got another subwoofer under warranty, but i paid more to get this sub so that it can handle the power of the amp. the specs of this subwoofer is...

size - 10 inch
comp - SPL dual coil subwoofer
sensitivity - 90.5 dB/SPL
power handling - 2400 watt peak power, 600 watt continuous power
frequency response - 34+800 Hz
impedance - 2 + 2

and the specs of the amp is...

Audison LRx - LRx 5.1k

the retail price for the sub is $499.99 but ill sell for $400, and the retail for the amp is $1599.99, but ill sell for $850 since it was used for two weeks. if you buy them together, ill sell both for $1100, and the buyer pays for shipping. thanks for looking!
