The rules been adopted, just the text in the rules hasn't been updated to reflect it.

It would be good for them to reflect it because I honestly have no idea what this guy is trying to sell. If I knew, I might buy it. Pictures always help the case AND give at least a bit of reassurance that the product actually exists...

Precisely why the rule was adopted. I agree, it needs to be reflected.

I think he's talking about the Shine Auto rear pieces, or the S-Tune pieces that fit on the rear bumper... I'm with you, other then that I have no idea what the OP's talking about.
