Test Pipes

What is missing in the test pipes in order to install???

I don't believe anything, I should have the the bolts...I looks like I need to check that. Other than nuts/bolts, nothing unless you plan to replace with fresh gaskets. The factory gaskets are not a crush type, but soft metal/layered. You really don't need to replace them unless your application is forced induction.

Are you sure about that. I believe 370Z's are like 350Z HR's (we share test pipes) and the header to test pipe gaskets are needed to install.. that's why Berk includes them. The OEM gaskets in that location are crushing ring gaskets that slip around a protruding pipe that comes out of the OEM cats, but the test pipes do not have this protruding pipe so it's very difficult to re-use the stock gasket. Berk sells the gaskets you need for $25 shipped.

You are right, new gaskets are needed. It's in my first post that there are no gaskets included, but you WILL need new gaskets. The factory gaskets are designed to fit with the cats. Too many cars, I can't keep all my memory straight!! Thanks aadosx

Yea, great deal...I'm keeping them for a jig. Might as well use them for something useful, maybe weld up a set of pipes that sound good.
