hey man, good luck with the sale, and congradulations on the growing family.

for the springs and camber kit? is that 275 + my shocks/springs?

Caravanshaka 08-06-2010 09:08 AM

springs and camber kit is local only due to the fact that I would want to swap your front coilover with mine so I don't have to pay a shop with a hydraulic spring compressor to remove the springs from the setup and put the stock ones back on. rears are no big deal as the springs aren't coilover style. I have my stock springs as well, so whoever buys it will go home with the eibachs installed, and a box with a full set of stock springs.

I might consider shipping at the buyers expense. Once my STI comes in next week, I could theoretically put the car on stands, ship the front coilover with rear eibachs and front stock springs, and you could return the stock front coilover. But that is a lot of shipping cost since you would be paying both ways and none of that stuff is light or small.

yea i understand what you mean. Lots of shipping cost. At that point, might as well just get them new. anyways, good luck, see you back in the sports car world soon enough!

Thanks, I picked up a 2008 WRX STI, so I'll still be driving something fun and definitely fast...just not a Z :(

Caravan - Option: Are you able to just take the camber kit and sell me that? Or would you need a whole suspension swap?

Caravanshaka 08-06-2010 11:09 AM

if someone else wants the lowering springs I'll separate them, but if the springs stay on the car I want the alignment correct so the arms will stay too

XwChriswX 08-06-2010 02:34 PM

But you wont take the springs out until you get another set to put in correct?

Caravanshaka 08-06-2010 02:39 PM

well, I have the stock springs, I just don't want to spend $80 to get the eibachs unmounted from my shocks, then the stock springs re-mounted, just to sell the springs for $150ish, it's just not worth it.

XwChriswX 08-06-2010 04:41 PM

LoL Why does it matter, you're sellin the car anyways?! :icon17:
