Have a issue with my PayPal, unfortunately I was unable to complete the deal. Money was refunded to Patrick, Once again sorry for the inconvenience.

Seats are still available for Cash pickup or Zelle if anyone is interested still.

I'd pay with Zelle but from what I understand I have no protection like I would with Paypal.

Here's where this get's strange. I called paypal today to find out when my credit card would be reimbursed and I was told that my transaction was valid and the seller cancelled it. I even received a shipping note from paypal that shows the transaction ID number (see attached). I don't know what the issue was.

did seller backout? I had a bumper i was buying on here through paypal fall through also and was refunded after a couple days. Previous transactions i had paypal would charge me then immediately credit it to the seller (as I think it should be). For whatever reason they flagged the transaction and charged me but held the money and did not give to the seller. He didn't want to ship it out at that point which i totally understand and agree. Could this be a similar situation?

The issue wasn't on your end, it was an issue with my PayPal account and PayPal support verifying my ID.

I actually paid him for the seats through Paypal. I immediately got a transaction confirmation from Paypal. The seller cancelled the transaction a few minutes later and tried to tell me that Paypal suspended his account. He then suggested I pay with Zelle which doesn't offer any buyer protection. I think he was trying to scam me.
