The Alfa is incredible. The more I drive it, the more telepathic its handling seems. Played with it a bit on "Race" mode, which turns all the nannies off, and its a blast :driving:

That said, I'm not used to a midship -- let alone a boosted one -- so I'm still getting the hang of how much throttle to use in a quick turn without the rear getting a bit squirrely :icon14:

But even in "Normal" mode, its enormously fun to drive. Gear shifts are lightning fast, and you can't really be in the wrong gear. I love it :excited:

Good luck with the Lotus! Those are really amazing cars :tup:

What would I need to tune my car if I bought that cable? Is uprev better for NA cars over ECUtek?

I can't really comment on ECUtek as I have zero experience with it, but I can say with certainty that the Uprev platform has been around for the 370Z far longer, and I've never heard of anyone having any problems with it.

As to what you need to do any ROM tuning: you would need to purchase a license from Uprev, download the relevant software, and then associate the licence to the cable.

The cable retails for $225.00 from Uprev, so this should save some money if you are looking to eventually get tuned.

Could I use the cable to tune different cars if I have multiple license?

I think you'd have to pay for the pro-tuner license, but they all use the same cable.

However, cable is no longer available -- sorry, dude.
