Yes it does! :) I just decided to use the box for the picture taking. The neochrome will ship with the box to protect the finish.

The black ones I used for maybe a year, removed twice or so.
The neochrome one I only used them once for a few weeks. It was too much color for me so decided to use another darker color set.

Correct, you need to get the washer type lugs for your factory wheels.
These are tapered (acorn) type lugs.
