Bought brand new from Japan, took 4 months to receive wheels.

Wheels have been opt-coated since day 1. Wash w/ soap and water and dirt comes right off.

Condition: like new -- no really, they are practically new. Only used for a couple months of this car show season. I am missing two valve caps; someone took them from the car. Also, while mounting two of the wheels, I did not expand two of the c-clips that hold the hub rings in, causing them fall out and mark the back of the raw mounting surface of the wheel in the shape of a c-clip. This doesn't affect performance in any way. I don't have pics, but I can take some for serious buyers.

Do these wheels need spacers to make flush and clear brakes on stock 40th?

No spacers needed and clear Akebono's perfectly. I'll get a rear shot for you.

You have to remove the wheel to see it. It's on the back side of the mounting surface. It still mounts flush/flat, it's just indented from the c-clip. Only cosmetic -- I make it sound worse than it is.
