My Super Rare One Off custom made JDM Aragosta
30 way adjustable damping coilovers.

Coilovers were a custom order from bulletproofautomotive years back
When I obtained them brand new.

They reside on the car currently which is a garage queen.

The coils have never been in or seen a drop of rain.

They have about 2,000 miles driven on them total if that.

I am prepared to make a great deal on these as long as it's reasonable.

The price is negotiable to a point... so offers will be and are accepted.

I'll be parting with some of my favorite items... But it's now become
A necessity over a want.

Hopefully someone will appreciate the quality of these coils and take
Great pleasure in owning them as I did.

These were $5,000 new from order.

Spring rates are 12k / 10k - the coilovers and springs are the oem style rears with bucket type
Not true rear coilovers on these.

30 way adjustable damping with rear side mount
Damping knobs instead of traditional top mounted ones.

Price - $3,000 - plus shipping & PayPal fees.

All original accessories as shown are included with the coils.

I have all of the original Aragosta tools and spanner wrenches,
As well as the Aragosta stickers as shown too.

What makes these so custom?

It was not an off the shelf box purchase like any regular coilover here in the U.S.

It was a custom order through bulletproof for the car
With the spring rates I wanted.

That's how the higher end JDM things are done... It's
Made to order...Not just a factory line run made and put in a store.

Aragosta also is a 3-4 month build time and wait to get shipped from Japan
Overseas.

I'd say that's pretty custom... It's the same when you order
Custom offsets on JDM wheels ect...

I guess you just have to know these things.

I'm sorry I didn't explain that in the detail above.

I took it for granted most people knew... Sorry.

So just a custom spring rate. :tiphat:

Custom spring rates and valved to match from Aragosta per order... And side mounted rear damping adjustment clicker knobs... Otherwise if not specified you get top mounted clickers and would need extenders ect for rear damping adjustments

So again.. Hoping this answers more of the custom features that were picked when ordered.

I can definitely vouch for this guy....and the rarity of these Aragosta's! If your ever looking to get that true JDM build, these are a MUST!

So why pick your spring rates over what a world renowned suspension company would normally use?

Depends on your driving style. Also they give guidelines as to what they recommend... Its the reason the Aragostas on mine are the topsecret ones... They are custom ordered and spec by topsecret and dont match the general version thats setup. Mine are custom springs and mappings. You cant go wrong with these! I love mine and I will never take them off! They are FANTASTIC!

But again I will explain more since I am the seller and am here to help with any
Real legitimate questions anyone may have.

But... it's exactly as many have said above and it's also about preference.
That's it too.

No one is here to down any specific coilover.

It's a choice.

It's like choosing a wheel.

A specific company, maybe a U.S. Made wheel comes
In only one spec and that's what you would be stuck
With because it's the way it was made for a general use.

If you go with a custom wheel company it gives you the
Flexibility to have whatever dialed in width and offsets
You may want in any direction.

When you do custom coilover order ...this is no
Different.
You are merely getting to pick exactly what you looking for in
The coilover you want.

Will these be for everyone.. No.
But it's a great set up .. Yes and most would agree
It's in a very live able range for most daily driving applications
If you are aware of suspension And know what
Spring rates mean and do. What mapping means and does,
What matching the shock body to a spring means and does,
And they style of damping you may or may not want.

It's in the end all about preference that one company gives
Over another And simply allows you to pick everything or anything
In between to how you drive.

Not everyone wants a spec wheel out of a box.

I did not either, which is why when I built my
Car... This is what and why I chose it.

Again it's not to down any coil companies on
The market.

Apparently with the sale of these I will also
Have a similar decision to make as to what will
Replace them.

And that is what a build is all about.

It's about personalizing your car.
Some want all just rare jdm parts.
And that is really what's here because
It's the path I went down.

But there are certainly other paths to choose
In a build that provide one with just as much
Satisfaction and happiness.

So with that said...
I wish everyone the best with their own

As much as everybody talks about the KW V3s I thought somebody would get these in a min...everybody loves those coils but questions the high end JDM, at the same time wanting genuine JDM parts?
