Frost, some do and some don't, although I'd have to delve deeper in to be precise. I'm hoping to get 10 minimum if possible, but I'll be sure not to price myself out of the market. I'll keep researching to see what the same thing is getting in my area over the next few months until the 10 Z is released (hopefully earlier than November, but likely not).
Thanks to all for the input again and once I sell, I'll give an update, and shortly after that, post pics of my new sexy Z. |
