Oh great idea, I'm going to see if I can find a thin layer of clear vinyl to cover them with

makes sense waizzz!

i coat mine with PrimaNero (it's a plastic/rubber dressing).
no scratches on either of mine. 09 or 12.

the trick here is to coat the plastic with the dressing PRIOR to any scratches. a good alternative to Prima Nero is 303.

I was initally very wary of ever doing this mod to either of my cars but I think I did a good job of keeping it subtle and adding a little bit of an accent to the front. ;)

I still refuse to plastidip any part on the car though :icon17:

If you would have done this mod I would have given you the :icon14: until I had seen it in person :icon18:

I am really trying not to go too crazy with this car, I already went way too far with the Z so little stuff like this helps me get my fix :tiphat:

Best Fit I have ever seen

saber 01-22-2014 03:12 PM

lulz it's the little things that add up to a lot at the end of the day without you realizing it

i've fought the modding bug for almost two years
really starting to think about getting a few things for the WRX though. she needs new, less sloppy, suspension.

You have way more self control but then again your car is pretty cool straight from the factory

You are the second person to complain about their WRX suspension, might be time for a shock upgrade to Bilsteins or some Koni's?

He needs a cut from Honda for advertisement. When I was in the market for a DD this thread is what made me give the Fit a more serious look and now I have one.
