I have the Ford Racing Recaros (cloth + alcantara just like the Boss) out for delivery today. With all my suspension mods I really need seats that will keep me in place better. Can't wait to get them in.

I will say that the black is not that difficult to take care of, but I'd much rather have the red.

Wow, $74k for the Boss? That's not even the Laguna Seca version and even then, their sticker is $48-$50k. I could've waited for the 2013's but the 2013's don't have the orange/black color scheme I really wanted. I'm missing out on the track app and Ford sync. I don't really like the big nose GT500 front ends and but I do like the new tails and vented hood. I haven't driven around with the stiffest settings but Ford set it from the factory at 2. (range is from 1-5)

This dealer had this 2012 GT Premium on the lot too, but I'd rather go for the 2013. While checking my pictures, I noticed that there was no strut bar. I thought that it was standard equipment, am I wrong? Plus they wanted too much for it.

The strut bar only comes on the cars equipped with the Brembo package. That one doesn't have that option. If you want one I would just order and get exactly what you want. Shouldn't take long.

I'd recommend a 2012 GT if anyone is buying now. They are flingging them out the door with over $5k discounts in my area. I actually got a price under $27k for a stripper (non-premium) with the brembo package last time I checked. T hat's a hard deal to pass on.

Should be able to get the '13s at or below invoice soon if you can't get them there now. I know if I was in the market I would be getting a '13, even if there are insane savings on the '12s because I would want the track app function and the Recaros.

I must admit, I want one of these in my garage, just don't want to do it at the expense of trading in the Z....:rolleyes:

Those Leather Recaro's are sex. I want them in my car. Hell, I'd take the Recaro's in the CTS-V.
