I think the Z weighs less the 34K no? My Altima Sedan weighed 3400ish. I think a base+Sport Z weighs around 3200+ pounds.

Nissan's weight specs were long ago proved to be...misstated... They posted curb weight as the car sans many fluids. With touring, it is about 34xx. |

Strange? At Englishtown my car weighed in around 3500 pounds with me in it and less then a half a tank of fuel. Take away the weight of me which is a good 300 pounds and I got really close to what Nissan claimed the weight was. Maybe the scale was messed up?

Have your printout?

It was a little over 3500. The other guys who weighed there 370's got similar results. They weighed less cause they were much smaller guys LOL. Bottom line is we all subtracted our weighs and were all in the ball park of what our cars were suppose to weigh. And this was every varation of Z. Nismo, Roadster, Autos, sticks, base, sports, touring. IDK??? |

Nah no printout. It was just a weigh station when you came off the track. There was no way of getting a printout. |
1: no printout means it is probably not calibrated. I wouldnt totally trust a scale that can't offer you your results.
2: not full on fluids = not curb weight. Nissan played this game to minimize the weight. 3: I presume you were in track load out, not factory if you're weighing in at a track, is that accurate? |
