For me, I'd get the sedan over the coupe too, but not because of looks. It's because I'd want to pack people/dogs/cargo into the back seat, and it's easier to do that with 4 doors.

really a true European beauty, CTS coupe is the latest among CTS lineup. I admire the platform. it's quite similar with the F-class of MB but the performance is indeed has similarity to panamera. I watch a video of cars being test driven and CTS is almost near to GTR by nissan. basically this vehicle is equipped with 3.6L engine with six manual tranny. if talking about the tunning, drivers would easily do the mods with the presence of Cadillac parts nowadays, which are reasonably priced and passed safety measures from the manufacturer...

On a side note, anyone on this forum who loves the Cadillac CTS Coupe?
I like the V coupe except for the back end. It's a sharp car, just not my style. Cadillac also has a thug connotation here in the South that pushes me away from it.

That being said, performance is spectacular from what I heard, but their differentials heat up FAST! on the track. I was at Spring Mountain when they were breaking some V-Coupes in for a dealer demo. All the drivers commented on how fast/hot the diffs got on those cars. I know the car was new, but they still seemed a bit surprised.

Basically, the V cars are like the 370Z. They are fun and sporty on the road, but need some extra work for any real tracking.

If you want a 4-door that still gets up and goes, I don't think you will beat the Sedan for the price. With the soon coming of the C7, I think the luxury of the Coupe will be close to equaled.
