so sexy!!

shadoquad 05-04-2011 10:11 AM

I may be alone in this, but I don't think the exterior styling is as sexy as other Lambos. It's still a hot supercar, and it's probably faster then others, but I just think the styling is subpar for Lambo. Then again, people said that about the Murc when it first came out, and I didn't understand why.

c41006 05-04-2011 10:12 AM

I dont really like the back but its still extremely sexy

ClemsonWill 05-04-2011 10:13 AM

I love it. The huge side scoops do it for me.

m4a1mustang 05-04-2011 10:16 AM

I love this car. I'd have a hard time choosing between this and a 458.

shadoquad 05-04-2011 10:16 AM

Maybe it'll grow on me. But for now I'm just like "meh".

Not that it matters. I'll never own it or any of its competitors.

Red__Zed 05-04-2011 10:18 AM

:yum:

Econ 05-04-2011 10:19 AM

haha, if i put down 200,000 this car would still cost my well over 5,000 a month for 5-6 years

I'd choose this hands down over a 458. Though I'm beginning to consider throwing a 458 in my next car decision, but I think it will be more expensive than a Gallardo or GT-R. I've always been a Lamborghini guy, but that 458 swung me over to the Ferrari side for a bit. Now with the Aventador, I'm back on the Lambo side :icon17:

Yeah you might definitely be alone on that. I love the looks and I think it's one of the best looking Lambos next to the Reventon.

Also very  I like the looks of the 458 better, but the McLaren's got it on the performance side.

It's ok but I think the Lambo that has the potential too look better than any other in the last 20 years is the prototype for the Lambo 'Jota'

Meh, I like the Aventador better. Wasn't the Jota one of the pre-Aventador rumors? I know the Gallardo is getting a replacement soon too. That should be exciting.

Might be something different in Italian :icon17:

shadoquad 05-04-2011 12:11 PM

I think the Sesto Elemento looks better than the Aventador.

Edit: although now I see the Sesto's lines in it and am more impressed.

:iagree:

Lamborghini has, and always will be my favorite car manufacturer. There really is nothing else that looks anything like them.

Was fortunate enough to get behind the wheel of a LP640 Murcielago when they first came out, and I have never driven a car more exciting than that thing....

Same here. I can't wait to finally drive one some day. I might be able to get an Aventador in like 10 years :icon17:

The Ferrari 458 is competing with the Gallardo not the Aventador. I think Ferrari might have that battle, but not against the Aventador which costs like $150k more.

HKYStormFront 05-04-2011 02:40 PM

yea but the 458 is brand new and the gallardo is getting really long in the tooth at this point (it's a decade old now, right?)

as for the new lambo, the Aventador is just incredible. a perfectly logical evolution of the previous car. i love it! can't wait to see one in person!

man, that's pretty awesome.. I would love to feel the wheel of a new Lambo, but I have only hand my hands on a Diablo SV

Mr&Mrs 05-04-2011 02:48 PM

I love lambos so much it makes me sick to know I will never own one =(

Lug 05-04-2011 02:58 PM

I'm lucky my favorite modern Ferrari is the 550/575 Maranello. When I can afford the maintenance to put 5-10k miles a year one one I am going to scoop one up.
