That's bad news and I would stay away, keep looking that car is to new to already have transmission problems... Although for that same reason I would strongly suggest a manual trans but that's beside the point.

It could be the valve body, perhaps. I'm not sure, but if all the forward gears appear to be working correctly then the torque convert is probably fine, but I don't really know what electronic black magic is going on in these newfangled auto's either I suppose it's possible it could be a simple fix but it would still need to be checked by someone knowledgeable enough to know.
