The video was great... I wish that for that much you'd get a dual clutch in the LFA and all wheel drive, that'd be a monster.

i ran a 11.3 with just an exhaust and no tune at all

he still out trapped you - but that's impressive to that much area under the curve... you are at 11.3 @ 122 he is at 11.8 @ 123 - that's a lot of ground you are making up somewhere... Wonder if its the start or mid-way through the race...

my guess is hole shot. i bet the LFA isn't the easiest car to launch vs the GTR with AWD. also i think the LFA is considerably lighter and makes more power so... GTR should loose outright but it doesn't, another testament to the almighty R35

ive trapped 123.xx a few times on a few of my 11.4-11.5 runs.. but the best ET i had was the 122.3 mph run for some reason

i think its at the start i think i had a 1.81 60ft and my 1/8th was like 7.3 or something at 96

reading the article it looked like this was a spur of the moment oppurtunity that got presented to them and they didnt have alot of time to organize it..

they did do a lateral G and a few other things around cones besides the drag

I like the Lexus wing that adjusts on-the-fly. That is a neat feature that I wouldn't mind having on the 370Z. I also like the idea of the single digital glass cockpit screen with all relevant information on the single screen. The Aviation Industry already started moving to this concept about 4 years ago, I am surprised the Auto Industry is just starting to get the idea of it.

I would never be caught dead or alive in a Lexus. I'm not old enough to drive a Lexus!

I saw a GTR at Nissan today that was getting an oil leak looked at. The guy had paid cash for it, then shipped it some place to have bigger turbos put on, intake, brakes and exhaust and a bunch of CF too. They said he has spent another 50K on it since buying it and that it sounds like a beast with its exhaust, not sure which one. It looked fast when I saw the engine, good to be friendly with the service mgr.

Great video. Fantastic sound coming from that LFA though...
