If you did...that proves my point Kia would never keep a dime of their resale value. Thats why people dont like them specially to people who change cars every 2-3 years.

Hey I wouldn't argue with your last statement Kia hired the top designers and engineers of BMW to design the Stinger! Thats a fact. I dont need to drive ...I know its one of the best performing cars out there.

But for Kia to give you a 23% off msrp pre pandemic situation? I’ll be concerned.

But if you value your investment ( hard earned money)would you put your money on a Rolex or a Seiko watch?

Its not I hate the Kia brand..,Like I said Im actually considering of buying my daughter a kia Soul or mini cooper for less than 10K.

But I wouldn’t invest my 50K on a Kia stinger! Unless you plan to keep it till the life of the car..then you did hit Gold!

The GT is a base car... starts at 40k. Right now no one is holding residual value cuz covid is destroying the car industry.
I test drove the kia stinger. Only the giulia feels better behind the wheel. Though its slower. Reliability iissues are not prevalent anymore in the brand. And Toyota being recall kings for nearly 15 yrs. Its kinda hard to call any car absolutely reliable. All brands have quirks these days.

What’s the TRD, is that short for TeRD :icon17:
My Le is consistently getting 40mpg & I usually do 550mi between fill ups, have pushed it to 600 before :driving:

Unfortunately the TRD is a V6, it only averages 26mpg in the highway and 22 in the city.

Good thing gas prices are still low.

3 Things you look for a Sports Car. 1. Fast 2. Reliable 3. Affordable

Toyota bag the grandma Camry to a Sports Sedan!

I wish it has better bolstering of the seats to make it complete.
Same v6 engine with the Lotus Evora minus the supercharger!

Ended up racing one of these the other day. It crawled away from me by a couple of cars from a highway punch. Googled it and they move out okay.

After reading the thread, though, oof on that mpg! My lifetime is 27.0, and that's an AWD SUV...
