I've seen Weds on a FD before and man they look sweet as they do here too! Are they doing this in a 19X9.5 and 19X10.5 size at all? Also

I've seen Weds on a FD before and man they look sweet as they do here too! Are they doing this in a 19X9.5 and 19X10.5 size at all?
Also whose car is that, they have my schools license plate.
